This is a nationwide organization of gentlemen who actually gather to re-enact and play 

“The Game of Olde”.

We play on Links-style courses with Hickory shafted clubs as we pay tribute to those that have passed on before us.  More importantly we pass on the important traditions and history of OUR game as we reverently play with the dignity of nobles and experience what it was truly like and share stories of olde alike.

 
     The League of Gentlemen Hickory Players will convene at non-disclosed locations somewhere within the United States.  These locales will serve as the qualifiers and will be held throughout the year to give everybody a chance to get into the finals.  
 

The finals are at Bandon Dunes!

 

     This is a Unique Experience where all play including “Qualifiers” are played with Hickory Shafted golf clubs and that includes the putter. 

 

     This is YOUR chance to enjoy the game again and play like they did then.
